Today Cory Stone, a personal trainer at Gold's Gym in Concord, NH, won his middle heavy weight bodybuilding class & the overall competition at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH. I have watched Cory train others at Gold's Gym and it is obvious that he is very serious & passionate about what he does for himself and others. Dave Follansbee owner Nutrition 101 told me he has organized this and several other events through out the year to promote all natural bodybuilding. Hope you enjoy the slideshow below.
